Just a bit of a variation for body weight calf raises :) this nifty method for a killer calf burn was shown to me by @Katelyn Allen :D I find I - and most chicken legged males - unfortunately neglect isolating calves on leg days. SO today I used the leg press (toes only) for some heavier sets and finished off with these bad boys. Note: you can hold your legs in tightly, but if you have tight hip flexors make use of a weight or bench to allow you to get your heels to the floor (Ive used a kettle bell)
