Just a bit surprised when the auditor showed up this evening to estimate our container shipment. He told us the movers will be here to start packing tomorrow...HELLO!!! I thought I had one more day to organize and pack. Now I am a chicken with my head cut off...bock, bock, cluck!! I was doing so well this week...organizing, cleaning, sorting, a room at a time. Now I find myself walking randomly from room to room and forgetting why I went in. The washer and dryer have been running all day as I have washed blankets, sheets, and towels. Going to run the dishwasher tonight to make sure all of those things are clean for packing. Nothing like opening a box and finding a dirty dish or two that was plucked from the kitchen sink and wrapped up for shipping. :( Bleck!! The boys and I are also packing suitcases. Trying to figure out what we will wear...shorts, pants, sneakers, boots, t-shirts, jackets...Oh My!! The movers will pack and take the rest...it could be October before we see our things again, so, best that we make sure what we need will be in those suitcases. Just 6 Days left... Tomorrow, I am putting together a picnic lunch for some special friends...Ill be meeting a few of Camerons classmates, who are now in 9th grade at the city campus. Serving last year as the 8th grade class representative provided me the opportunity to get to know Camerons peers. One of the young ladies, Victoria, and I spent some time in the kitchen earlier this summer. Unfortunately, time flew by and we werent able to arrange another baking day. Im looking forward to tomorrow...its supposed to be sunny and cool, the perfect picnic weather, in my opinion :) However, tomorrow will also be followed by more good-byes...Those are YUCK!
