Just a concern citizen of zamboanga city....Kwando ya anda yo para Fortpilar del fri yan cr yo na plaza pilar of course ya paga yo 5 pesos pero when I get in sus ko d odor is bad and halos all doors has no lock...City officials pakilaya man kita man promote el zambo wer in just a cr alone we cannot even maintain d cleanliness...If that would be d case we will no longer pay anthing to used any public cr..we r paying much bec we know that in return it will be for d benefit of everyone...PLS WAKE UP AND DO UR PART CITY OFFICIALS.Makahuya se na d atun image...
