Just a couple of days before there was an article in Kantipur which I missed reading. It sure has to do about Reservation for the minority - Dalit and Ingenious - by a writer I can vaguely remember as Ms Aryal as mentioned in the letter next day. The next day there was a letter to the editor from a dalit girl which caught my eyes. She resented the writers opinion about reservation for minority and she even did not like activist making it an issue. She reasoned that this kind of reservation holds them to take pride in them self especially if they are from that minority circle and they hold the coveted position because others will view them the one who made due to reservation. This will be more tough for those who acquire the position of Doctors or Engineers or other positions against all odds. I see good logic in her opinion. below is the link of one such reservation seat only to the minority section. I personally think, this kind of reservations cultivates the vary thought they would like to eliminate and eradicate from the society. I wonder why can not UN bring about a dozen such girls and boys who think differently about such reservation and then aware and empower their own circle about it ? I bet it cost you a lot less than these kind of reservation and training with much faster way to eradicate such mindsets, we are dalit and we need reservation. //realsolutions.np/untraineeship-cohort-4/
