Just a few years ago you could buy fresh chicken wings for as little as 99 cents per pound. Remember that? Now theyre selling for over $2.00/lb. WTF.... Every food joint now sells wings, including Mickey Ds, so prices will not go down until those 4 Wing chickens the Chicken farms are developing come to market. In the meantime, grab yourself some chicken thighs. Easy to grill, juicy and tasty, and still can be had for around $1/lb. This is just one way we like to cook em at the Pit.
