Just a friendly reminder folks....we will ask you for a $20 deposit on your appointment..the deposit is refundable under certain conditions....not showing up or bothering call to tell us you cannot make it to your appointment is not one of them. This policy is clearly stated on your appointment card. Please be aware that when time is blocked for you..and you are a no show..you have just affected your artists weekly paycheck. Time is money in a busy tattoo shop..and all artists work on commission. When time is reserved for you..and then you dont show up...you have just robbed your artist of another potential paying customer..and in many cases cost us in lost supplies we have set out in preparation. ..or left us sitting on our thumbs waiting for you, until we figure out you are not coming...when the time could have been spent doing something productive. We are always happy to reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit..even on short notice...stuff happens. We will cheerfully refund your $20 that you may pick up at your earliest convenience with advance notice of cancellation...we know an expensive tattoo sometimes has to be postponed due to circumstances....or maybe you just lost your nerve... or changed your mind...whatever...we really dont care what the reason is...just pick up the phone so we can get on with our busy day...or dont come in here being grumpy with me because you didnt bother to read the card ...Thank You xoxoxo
