Just a heads up to some of you out there who have only 1 remaining parent. I took my dad to the attorney, to see what we have to do in order to sell his house, and take care of other issues. It cost $1700.00 to open a succession on a will. This has to be done in order to do anything with property that belongs to two people. Man, thank God, my mom and dad worked hard and have money saved in order to pay for these ridiculous fees. Also, I am so glad I moved my dad, he is really doing a lot better now. God Bless.
