Just a little of what is going on in Ferguson last night, utter chaos as people try to exercise their rights to walk the streets. Things are obviously getting out of hand with looting and people trying to set buildings on fire (?) But the concept of Equal Rights and Justice for people of all races and bank accounts is a fight that should and will always be fought. There is so much strange info coming out about this racist little City. I have been doing some other research about local Police, (Not only in Ferguson) that are given actual Military equipment like Rocket Launchers, Tank-like Vehicles, and Heavy artillery, (I realize this has been going on for a while now) with all the leftover Over-surplus from our militarys time in The Middle East. Our own Government has been selling this equipment to our Protectors. When the Police have Military weaponry to Protect us, shit gets Real, the Scary things you see happening in other countries is just right around the corner. The problem is that we dont need Tanks and Rocket Launchers to Help our own people, if you thought things like this could never happen in the U.S., then you have been hiding under a rock for too long. The time to be aware of the things our Government is capable of doing against its own people is now and inequality is still a major reality for most of America, people need to be aware!! Living in a Police-State or Killing people and treating them like dirt with no repercussion is not something i want to be a part of! These similar struggles are exactly what is going on all across the globe and toppling governments and destroying corrupt regimes. If people of color can be treated so badly, what makes you think that our Government wont rear its head on all other Americans no matter the color to get whatever it is wants at the time. If this happened in our town, how would we react?
