Just a little taster pic of what I got up to today at the Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) Course by Sally Kay. Thanks Sue GM for organising it - and for taking the picture (Hope it was ok to share) - It was an absolutely brilliant day - I thoroughly enjoyed the course and cant wait to get started! Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) stimulates the lymphatic reflexes on the feet, causing a reduction in lymphatic fluid & boosting the Lymphatic system as a whole, which can help the function of the Immune system. RLD is particularly beneficial for people who have secondary Lymphoedema, but may also be useful in other inflammatory or Auto Immune conditions such as Arthritis, Eczema, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, ME, PMS & chronic Catarrh or other respiratory problems.
