Just a point on nutrition,in the bodybuilding, fitness and figure world,people are totally ,completely obsessed with what they eat because in this industry you can get brainwashed and confused by everything with so much bullshit.As a result of this you can spend years and years if not all of your life depriving yourself of so much wonderful.pleasurable and indeed healthy food.Its really not that complicated,people make it complicated.If you are not genetically blessed by bodytype to have a six pack 24/7 dont beat yourself up over it unless you enjoy starving and depriving yourself constantly.When you train hard you need fuel,dont start training and start starving yourself all at the same time the whole concept is ridiculouss and thats exactly what people do.Eat big to get big and feed the machine with the right fuel its part of the joy of training,eat less and burn more calories than you take in to drop bodyfat simple,fine tune pre comp.Job done.Food isnt the enemy food is your friend,eat big and healthy and be big and healthy eat like a sparrow and you will look like one.If you fancy something you are not supposed to eat !eat it and drop the paranoia.Im not saying be ill disciplined when its time to crank up the regime,but dont be a slave to bullshit fads and diets.
