Just a quick Abs video :) (tuck annnnnnd repeat!!) I see a lot of people doing the planks with a knee tuck using a medicine ball, but adding the stretch by pushing your body backwards after the tuck makes a WORLD of difference. It engages your entire abdomen and makes you really have to engage those stabilizer muscles. Bringing the hips towards the ceiling while keeping your legs locked incorporates a good lower abdomen burn. Add a push-up in between tucks and youve got a full body burn!!!! (This was at the end of my workout and my shoulders were toast... Excuse the fatigue!!) Ill be posting more detailed videos to come !
