Just a quick admin note... We get, on average, between 20-30 inquiries a day, some including: Why is there a police car on my street? Why is there a firetruck at the Mall? Why is there traffic on blah blah blah? Some of these inquires we are able to answer, but most we are not. Keep in mind...we do not monitor scanners 24/7. And even when we are monitoring, we arent listening for the medical calls, fire alarms, minor accidents, or cats stuck in a tree. We are only listening for the big stuff: bad vehicle accidents, structure fires, highway closures, and anything else that would directly impact north Texans on a daily basis.
