Just a quick class update........ DONT FORGET we have KETTLEBELLS on tomorrow, Saturday at 10am...... as well as...... NRG KIDS is full today, but I am looking at some extra classes as i have some mums looking for space, so let me know if youd like to get involved. AND.....
