Just a reminder - tomorrow is Facebook freedom day. We will be deactivating our accounts for 24 hours with this event. The choice of how this is done is obviously personal and individual - but it is encouraged that you at least do not sign or use facebook at all for 24 hours. No members of the group will be able to post in any of our groups, and our personal pages will be unavailable for the 24 hour period between midnight GMT on August 4th through midnight GMT on August 5th - this is our part in the non-compliance of the institution that they have attempted to make facebook into. Step away from the computer, meditate, create, get outside, read a book - be mindful and increase your wakefulness. Unplug from the Matrix and re-connect with Source. Blessings xx
