Just a reminder that BoxFit classes will start on Tuesday August 12th at 7pm in our new enlarged air conditioned studio. Costs will be £2 for members £4 for non members. These classes will be run by the very popular local Instructor Stephie Abbott. Although the new studio is big it will only hold so many so to be sure of your place please just call us on 01462 456222 and book now. If you want to meet Stephie and find out what she is all about including her PT work at PPF then come along to the Help for Heroes event at HRFC this Saturday, as she will be there on the PPF stand available for questions and advice.
