Just a reminder to all my cycling friends do not forget your lights when out in the evenings. Going into work yesterday, bright low sun, nice light brigh sky, but deep very dark shadows under the trees with trees silhouetted against the bright sky... suddenly spotted a very dark shadow of a cyclist. Remember I am wired to look out for cyclists not all motorists are..... this rider hardly showed up in the dark shadows of the trees at 20.30pm last night... a cheap flashing light would have made all the difference to his visibility to others.
