Just a update on how my SRWs RPG Marker game is going, I have decided to release the game after the Super route is complete, (First 10 stages +). Some request: Does anyone direct me to some Combattler V OST? Anyone got any RPG marker titles for Space, like some stars and asteroids. Ive had include the Macross Frontier manga only character Ariela. I want her sprite to have some colour. Here is what Gameplay is going to be like. Just like a normal RPG nothing to special. Note: Like in OE each pilot and the robot are one and not separate. Skills – Each Pilot and Machine has their own set of skill’s Physical – Physical attack’s caused by the robot, requires contact. Energy – Energy attacks these attacks all ways use up MP (Magical Power Source) Bullet – Requires nothing to use, but can only use a certain number of times Robot Abilities – Special Abilities the Robot has, they can be used in combat. They are not attack’s Pilot Skills – Each Robot Teir Class has their own Skill’s which they learn upon level up. This is shared like in OE and are like SP in SRW. Equipment – Exchange Part’s mid-battle. Part’s impact on the Robot’s stat’s. Each Robot can have up to five parts to be equipped. Weapon, Shield, Head, Body, and Accessory Robot’s without Hands or a Head cannot equip those parts. All robots can use Accessory’s Units These are the unit’s you are playing as, each unit has a Pilot and Robot Name. HP (Hit Points) – When HP reaches Zero, the pilot has been shoot down, and must be repaired. When all pilots HP is zero, it is GAME OVER. MP (Magical Power Source) – Energy attacks require this, no more Energy robot can’t use Energy attacks. Some Robot have Abilities that require Energy to be used. TP (Tech pilots) - Each pilot needs some TP to use some moves. This is Morale in SRW Pilot’s Level – Level’s range for 1 to 5+ (I don’t know what the highest level will be) Each unit starting level at a level depending on the pilot’s skill (Plot reasons determine a pilot skill level) Level 1 – Rookie (Just got inside their machine for the first time) Level 2 – Veteran (Been in the cockpit, before and has a great degree of skill) Level 3 - Ace (This Pilot is good. Use him/or her) Robot’s Class – Each Robot has a class assign to it. It determines the Robot base stats. The Higher the tier the better the robot. It also determines what SP Skills they gain (For Gameplay reasons, some not Real robots are Real robots) Grunt – Low everything - high Luck Custom Grunt - Low everything - med HP, Agility and Luck Real Robot – Med everything - high Attack and Agility Super Robot – High everything, low luck. Just like in a RPG you select your team of four, yes four units to use in the battle. (Four units should be fine however).
