Just about a year ago, I landed in the hospital with a killer sepsis infection- crazy for someone who actually tries so hard to be healthy- but my body thought otherwise at the time. If it were not for good friends I would probably not be here, so to say I am grateful for #EVERYDAMNDAY- would be a gross understatement. A year later, I feel great- stronger than ever, actually leaner and more muscle thanks to Sweetpea, I felt so great about it this morning I ran up that last hill to home!!!
