Just an FYI, you wont get osteoporosis if you stop drinking milk. For natural calcium intake, choose from kale, spinach, sardines, sesame seeds, flax seeds, almonds, celery and oranges. For natural vitamin D intake, consume oily fish, eggs and mushrooms, and get up to 30 minutes of sunlight between the hours of 10am and 3pm. In winter, please consider getting your blood levels of vitamin D tested as additional supplementation may be required. Please speak to your Nutritionist or Naturopath to determine this.
