Just an update….. It’s has been 48 days (May 31st) since my husband’s surgery (kidney Transplant) and he’s getting better and better. Since the surgery, we’ve been traveling back and forth from Greenwood, MS to Jackson, Mississippi every Monday to meet with the team of doctors that performed the surgery. These are just regular doctor’s visits that we must take. Each doctor’s visit the doctor’s just seem so amazed at the progress. They call him their miracle!!!! The doctors were very patient with him and all the time he was treated with great affection. No complaints none whatsoever with the new kidney. It’s like it never really even happened. We are still in SHOCK that it happened the way that it did. I’ve always been told that he may not come when you want him but he’s on time. With that saying, I mean GOD. He is an on time GOD yes he is. Restless nights are far behind me. Not having to get up all throughout the night being awaken from a deep sleep. Making sure the machine is working like it should. Making sure that everything is straight in the house for inspections, making sure that the right meals were prepared. Hoping and praying that the weather didn’t get so bad that we lose electrical power and that would cause the machine to not work. I couldn’t ask for any more. A burden has been lifted. I’m just simply happy! Continue to keep my family in your prayers. This has been a journey and we never would have made it without you. The moral support which is what we needed all the time for not losing the hope, and the faith……Thanks
