Just an update for everyone on Tinley Park.......we are waiting for 3 pieces of custom refrigerated equipment to be delivered from New York. Their arrival has been delayed three times now :(. Everything else is done, and ready to go, but until these pieces arrive we cant get our health inspection done, so we are forced to just be patient. We know many of you are disappointed as well, but hang in there, and keep checking here for a final announcement. We are praying for next Saturday.
