Just another misinformed article... The number of $375 billion they reference is the emergency reserve required for the Treasury Department in the event that we do actually hit our debt limit. It allows the TD to use extraordinary measures to shift money around to keep us from actually going into default. So yes, we spent $375 billion to replenish those coffers (a good idea), but that doesnt mean were going to do that every week. Uneducated people make me angry.
