Just answered my door and there were 3 boys, grades 6th through 4th, selling candy house to house. I asked what they were selling candy for and they told me they wanted a video game and their mom said if they wanted something they needed to work for it and earn it. I held back a little laughter and gave them a big smile and gladly bought some. I told them to tell their mama I liked what she was doing and the littlest boy told me Yea, shes a good mom but this is kind of hard! 😊 Such a great moment that took me back to my own childhood.
