Just arrived in Köningslutter having the rare opportunity of 30 min rest at the hotel. Sleep is probably the most important thing on the road nowadays! Yesterday after a fantastic gig at Savoy Bordesholm I managed to sleep from about 0200 until 1130... Never mind a few piss breaks and a call from my son at 0830... I feel like a new person completely. For some reason I dream very stressful dreams on the road but I still feel really rested today and the flu Ive been battling is slowly fading away. The band is in excellent spirit and were having a lot of fun and jamming a lot. Meeting some friends tonight as well... And since we have the only 2 days off on this tour tomorrow and the day after I might even have drink tonight :-)
