Just as I am thinking, mainstream health information is starting - TopicsExpress

Just as I am thinking, mainstream health information is starting to print more compete information... I start reading this article from Fitness Magazine and I realize, yet again another national mag is guilty of submitting half-information to the public. See for yourself. Here are a few of my comments in response. Almonds are good but if not paired with a protein may not digest properly actually causing you to gain fat. Eggs are good, but if they are conventionally raised eggs, you may increase your bad cholesterol. Choose free range organic eggs when you can to have a more nutrient balanced egg option. Soy. Conventional soy should be avoided at any and all cost, unless you are looking to increase your bad estrogens which are known to lead to breast and prostate cancer. How much half-information do you find in this article?
