Just balance transferred my remaining debt off of not-great-APR cards onto a new card with a 0% APR until December. I should be able to pay off the debt by Dec with some hard work. Hopefully. Depending somewhat on dental/car costs. On Saturday, Im taking my Honda into the shop for its 100K check up (and probably new brake pads). I cant complain too much since this is my first service for the car since I got it in 2010 but it will likely cost an arm and a leg. I should be able to pay it all in cash however. Next month we will get a new oven range since our oven isnt working, I already have my half saved up. I have a dentist appointment scheduled for August for the first half of my deep cleaning (and a small filling), which will also cost an arm and a leg but can go on the 0% APR card. Cleanings already scheduled and paid for. I have new glasses and sunglasses and Ill be making a fibro check up appointment with my dr soon. Just filled out my paperwork to get more Savella. Got all my good shoes repaired, now I just need to get my grandmothers fur stole cleaned and take my next round of clothing in for tailoring/dry cleaning. Finally picked an SCA (sca.org) name (Lucrezia di Lorenzo) and put in my paperwork for my first overnight SCA Merchant event, Birka (birka.org). I joined the SCA because Im still a total Renaissance dork, the people there really appreciate my handmade wares and what goes into them, they buy my things often and the merchant table fee is really low and includes being fed really well which is more than many events can say for themselves. Also it meant that I could buy a Tudor era gown and call it a business expense. I got accepted to the last of my shows for 2014 so that rocks. Researching for a new book proposal so Im slowly going through a stack of books there. Blogging as much as possible. Got paid for my latest anthology piece, signing my newest contract tonight. I started saving up for my Spare Oom re-do project, I think I can get started with the big painting in July at least. This weekend I have more free time than I expected so I plan on doing a massive Etsy shop update and (hopefully!) some more roller skating.
