To supply a turnkey remote control underwater digital colour video camera 2. The camera must be able to remotely pan and tilt 3. Camera must be depth rated to a minimum of 300m 4. Camera must have manual and automatic focus and 10 time zoom capability 5. Camera array must also have an integral high intensity lighting system which rotates with the camera head. 6. Camera head must also have a twin laser measuring system 7. To be supplied with a minimum of 120m of control umbilical on a slip ring reel to allow trouble free deployment from a small boat (7.4 meter open RIB). 8. The camera to be controlled topside by means of a weather proof monitor and control panel. 9. Integral with the topside control panel there should be a means of recording the digital video to solid state digital video recorder 10. The system needs to be supported by a depth gauge and GPS which can be overlayed onto the video display and recorded on the digital recorder. 11. System to work from 12volt and 240volt power supplies 12. Suppliers to provide costing for an annual service for the first three years and details of hourly rates and use of MRRP for unscheduled repairs. 13. System to be supplied with polycarbonate travel cases (e.g. pelicases or similar) 14. Supplier to provide detailed instruction/training manuals
