Just been talking with my dear friend from Drigg who is in her 70s. She told me a story I am so annoyed about. Every 2 weeks they go to Morrisons for their shopping spending around £200 (includes cigs). They do their shopping, queue for the loo, queue for the cafe and have lunch then queue for their cigarettes then load car up and off home. A few weeks ago they got a parking ticket because they had stayed 39 minutes over the time and were fined £75 but if they paid straight away it would be £50. They wrote a letter explaining what happened and that they spend nearly 5k per year there, heard absolutely nothing. This is a disgrace, they are OAPs and at least Morrisons could acknowledge his letter. They now go to Tesco? Rant over!! x
