Just broke for lunch here in Lafayette La. Deanna and I have never felt the need for a bath more than now. After spending 3 1/2 hours in the same room with those Narco Terrorist and Merchants of death and the Lawyers who represent them you get that nasty slimy grimy feeling, that you can can only get after being around something so revolting. The Attorney Generals Office and the Expert Witness from the DEA are doing great. This morning has been the defense trying to mitigate sentencing. The whole basis of the argument is that in the sentencing guidelines synthetic cannabanoids is not mentioned, but Synthetic THC is and so is Marijuana. If the judge rules that Synthetic Cannabanoids are more similar to Synthetic THC then its 1-164 ratio sentencing or for every gram of Synthetic Cannabanoid equals 164 grams of Marijuana. If she rules it is more similar to Marijuana then its a 1-1 ratio, which means less time for the Narco Terrorist and Merchants of Death. I was shocked the defense is saying Synthetic Cannabanoids and Marijuana cases should be sentenced the same. I am sure the pro marijuana community will love that, being thrown into the same bucket as Synthetics. We will try and keep you updated as to the progress and the Sentencing. Guess we will need a gallon of Clorox to get this stench off of us.
