Just came from the Trayvon Martin protests.... Ive been talking to people on both sides of the coin....and they both have their points... theres no proof of zimmerman "provoking" or "initiating" trayvon to whoop his ass before he pulled out his gun to shoot the kid.... I believe that if someone was trailing me in an unfamiliar neighborhood... someone that apparently "had it in for me" because i tried to run away from this person and he followed me.... (after the cops told him it wasnt neccesary) im sure some words or actions were said to provoke trayvon to do what he did.... burt that doesnt even matter..... The definition of manslaughter..... The unjustifiable, inexcusable, and intentional killing of a human being without deliberation, premeditation, and malice. The unlawful killing of a human being without any deliberation, which may be involuntary, in the commission of a lawful act without due caution and circumspection. As easy as it is to say we cant prove that trayvon was provoked.... or if zimmerman initiated contact... we CANT PROVE that trayvon wasnt attacking zimmerman in self defense.... in a case of self preservation.... we dont know if zimmerman pulled the gun out and scared the kid into attacking... what we do know is zimmerman made some bad decisions leading to the death of trayvon martin and thst he should of at least got manslaughter... for the unrightful death of a human being....
