Just come back from The Zero Theorem. I liked it but I didnt love it. It reminded me of Barton Fink, it has great promise but in the end only is quite likeable and it could have been so much more. Christoph Waltz is great and Matt Damon are great. Whats lacking is the script and the story, there isnt really one. Apart from in the end life is the big end all and we all die eventually. Christophs character believes he is dying and you think its going to go some-where but it doesnt really. Visually, I really liked it. There were great things to look at and his style is very noticeable but its not his greatest work. Overall: 6.4/10= Likeable but doesnt really go any-where and ends up being a bit of a disappointment. Visually brilliant but story-wise quite lacking.....
