Just coming back from The Just Crust grand opening in Harvard Square. This is an amazing social justice story that emerged from exploitation of immigrant workers in the Upper Crust pizza chain. An excellent lawyer, Shannon Liss-Riordan, brought a class action lawsuit against the Upper Crust owners for not paying employees overtime. In the settlement, she was able to raise money to buy the Harvard Sq location and hire back some of the workers.
