Just did some yoga outside. The deep breathing and the stretching really help me. Going for a swim now. I heartily recommend Jung Changs new book about The Dowager Empress Cixi. That rare thing. A history book that reads like a novel. Anson Burlingame, who had been elected as The First Minister to China by Lincoln in 1867, was much respected. The Empress, and her advisors said. America is the most peaceful and unagressive Country, of all the foreign powers. Times sure do change.
