Just doing some further research on the Xbox One. Unfortunately only to find more disappointment... Apparently Microsoft will not be making my wheel/pedal setup compatible with the One. Im actually kind of baffled by this because the wheel has been specifically designed for the Forza Motorsport series. I know a huge percentage of players on Forza 4 are using the same setup I am, and we all spent a decent chunk of change on our setups. Microsoft has just put out a statement that the only current plan for a compatible wheel with Forza 5 is a non force-feedback wheel with no clutch pedal or shifters that is sourced by Microsoft themselves. I feel like this is just another selfish business scheme that overlooks the players best interests. They also clearly dont pay attention to the feedback they are getting from the Forza crowd. Why would any of us want to pay more money to downgrade our gaming setups? The CSR Racing products are incredible pieces of hardware, and is like Microsoft is intentionally ignoring that fact. They are really going to lose a lot of business on this new Forza game if they dont fix this compatibility problem. Now for the real kicker... The CSR Wheel that we all use was designed for Xbox but was also made PC and PS3 compatible. PS4 will continue to support this Xbox endorsed product... Seriously disappointed in Microsoft. Its looking like Sony will be getting my business with this new lineup of consoles!
