Just enjoyed dinner and conversation with retired air force veteran (disabled) and long time ASCS Northwest sponsor and best of all my friend - Larry Frazier. Larry sponsors year after year and all he ever asks is that we thank all branches of the military every time we have the chance. Just a great guy. Although disabled with back and neck issues Larry chooses to walk as long as he can before he has to give in to using a wheelchair. It was sad to hear of how bad he was treated at hotels and race tracks all across the country. As they would accuse him of not being disabled and kick him out of handicap sections because he was walking. Still with great attitude he just keeps visiting tracks and watching races. Racing - its what we do is a saying that Larry & I share. I hope other tracks will follow my lead in coming weeks and re- evaluate their handicap facilities and policies as ill be doing.
