Just felt the need to say this, ..after cancer wrecking my life and the lives of my family through losing my precious Mum to it , I raise & donate money for research & help and will continue to do so . , I really hope that every penny raised goes straight to were its supposed to go cuz theres doctors , nurses , everyday workers that are priceless in helping ppl & their families going thru it that do an amazing job! đ I think the best nomination to make is a personal one instead , for me Id love there to be a nomination such as .. *Do one random act of kindness per day for someone! that wud be a Goodin! ..I hope we find a cure very soon, too many families are torn apart each and every day to this horrible disease , I for one had my life turned upside down, but I will continue to do my bit for cancer research , ..I prefer the personal touch weither it be something as simple as getting shopping, taking someone out for the day or just simply listening & being there for those ppl who are going thru it, its a scary unpredictable time for those diagnosed and also for their loved ones , sometimes the best , most valuable thing u can give a person is ur time .. genuine patience, understanding, care ,friendship and affection .. These qualities no amount of money can buy , everyday I wish I could turn back time ,cuz If I could Id hav never left mums side ., at the end of the day it is not the years in our lives that count .. But the LIFE in our years ..make every valuable moment count, Every minute spent worrying is a minute wasted, look after each other , ..after all family is the most precious gift we get xx đ
