Just finished a Master Bathroom in a 5 yr old Luxury Condo in Wallingford. The original shower leaked, rotting the floor/wall and causing a black mold condition. This was a very custom upgrade including: Custom Shower stall with 24 ceramic wall tile with Glass tile rows and ceiling, Mr. Steam steam generator with Chroma-therapy recessed light. Hansgrohe Dual control shower valve, Rainhead and hand-held shower delivery. (Custom Glass enclosure with transom venting being fabricated now). New Bainultra Therapy Tub with Heated Backrest, Chroma-therapy lighting, 100 jets with waterproof remote ( even floats) The tub even drys itself after it drains! There is a mega-crystal hanging light fixture. Marble tile floor with tile baseboard. Custom Cherry cabinets with soft-close hinges. Cambria Granite counter with two Kohler square under-mount sinks with Hansgrohe faucets. Large semi-recessed glass medicine cabinet with heated anti-fog option. Vanity wall area has Glass tile, low voltage crystal wall sconces and recessed lighting. These pictures dont really do it justice, much better in person!
