Just finished a wonderful workshop in Castlegar, BC today - Changing our Relationship with Death. It was well attended and folks got a real first hand look at what could happen if we are able to change the way relate to death. The final exercise of the day was to imagine death was no longer the enemy, that we had transformed our image to a loving grandparent. The ideas people came up with were magical. So I left them with the thought- If the results are so freeing and creative what are we waiting for? Lets do it - lets change of relationship with death today and live like it has been done!
