Just finished reading The Book Thief by Maukus Zusak. Finished all of 791 pages in two days....couldnt put it down. I cried with gallons of tears... It touched me more than any other book I have read, including the classics, Pulitzer Prize and best selling authors. And, yes, I am an avid reader Averaging 4-6 books a month. Jay and I will see the movie Friday, and I plan to have pockets full of tissue. The book is a tough, emotional read at times, but if you appreciate a most talented author, I strongly recommend you read the words of Zusak. Now that I have discovered Zusak, I plan to read every book he has written. Enough said ..... Now I am going to bed.
