Just finished the Great South Run. What an amazing experience. I ran all the way (10 miles) and finished approx. 2hrs and 4 minutes. Feeling so good, especially passing loads of youngsters about one third of my age. The crowds were brilliant and really helped us along. My Amanda managed under 2hrs. Fantastic my gorgeous girl.!! Thank you also to Helen who ran with me all the way. Tanya, you were brilliant, a real athlete in the making, well done. xxx
