Just for Jordanians : In Amman , we are looking for : Trade Marketing Manager Qualifications •Must have minimum of 7years experience in Trade-Marketing within an FMCG environment of which 2 years in a managerial role. •Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with beverages. •You must have excellent communication skills and have a confident personality to deal with the HORECA channel. •You must demonstrate strong skills in organization, planning, implementation and activation, problem solving and creative thinking. Job Description •Implementation of marketing plans and consumer activity plans •Work with Sales Manager and Supervisors to improve sales performance •Carry out audits on brand promotions •Visit customers on a regular basis •Identify outlets with growth opportunity and design trade programs to increase share and volumes. •Act as the brigde between sales and marketing departments to grow brand share and volumes; identify low performers and plan share recovery programs for execution of both parties. •Based on the brand plan and the customer requirements, develop appropriate signage and POS, which links the customer/ account and the brand together. •Assist in managing relationships with all advertising agencies for any locally required support material in line with the agreed brand plans.
