Just got an email from @Jim Neiss-Cortez, adopter of my ex RDR foster dog, Claire...and couldnt stop myself from sharing it. Thank you SO much @Jim Neiss-Cortez for giving Claire a perfect loving forever home!!!! Hi Olga, Claire is such a great dog. She sleeps with Myisha every night. At bed time, we say go to bed and she runs into Myishas room jumps one the bed and waits (standing up) until Myisha gets in bed. In the morning she usually is the first up and runs around the house making sure everyone is okay and gives each of us a kiss. Then goes back to bed. We have a lake and she joins us there watching the kids swim. She doesnt like the water much and nervously paces along the shore worrying about the kids. I like how she keeps track of them making sure they are okay. She is very happy. The only thing she misses is a big dog to play with. Our other two are only 20 pounds. She plays with them but sometimes accidentally hurts them. Then Claire feels sad. She is very sensitive. My mother likes to say if every dog was as great as Claire, there would be no dogs in the shelter. She is everything we hoped for. Such a perfect dog for us.
