Just got back from the convenience store. An elderly woman didnt have quite enough for her purchase so I chipped in. When she left and I paid for my goods the clerk said she walked 15 minutes in the rain to get there, so I chased her down and asked if I could giver her a ride. She said she couldnt accept a ride from a stranger so I told her my name and said that friends are just strangers who we help. She accepted that and Margaret and I had a nice 5 minute conversation. The point here is that people are trained by society and our TV sets that most people are bad. My departing words for Margaret were there are more good people than bad in this world at which point she smiled and said Thank you, I needed that today.
