Just got done reading If I Stay it was super heavy made me think did Atlas have a choice did he chose to go on did he grow to tired to keep fighting I can only think back to the day they told him he would most likely not live and all I did was lay in bed and cry I had a blanket that we had bought him and I slept with it and begged him not to go begged him to stay and I figure if he made it to 24 weeks the blanket would smell like me .I remembering telling him he had to meet his sister and brother and how I could not live with out him and then we went in to see the specialist and he was gone the begging him did not help did he chose to go or did he even have a choice ? A quote from the book when she was making to decisions to stay or leave And I bet Shell be a stronger person because of what she lost today. I have a feeling that once you live through something like this, you become a little bit invincible. Did Atlas feel this way?
