Just got handed this flyer the other day about Natural Movement Class up at Ashton Court Estate. They have a website too: functionalfitness.me/ Its interesting to see the kinds of classes people come up with. I think there are a few of you who might be at a stage where youre trying to make money giving training sessions etc, could be interesting to see what they do there and poach some of it, combine it with your own training/practice to deliver your own classes. Somewhere like Ashton estate is free for anyone to use, not a bad idea for a spot to host classes like this. They seem to have a bunch of equipment at their disposal, some of it new, some of it looks second hand. I suppose a car would be essential for transporting it, but you may not need that much if theres more of a Parkour/Freerunning basis. Just a thought ;)
