Just got home from Chattanooga a few minutes ago. Once again, Opposite Box killed it and prove they are not just one of the top bands in Chattanooga but in the entire Southeast. These boys are going to go places (in fact, they just did this summer). Opening band Demon Waffle surprised me at how good they were. Im a sucker for a horn section and a ska band so they had me from the first song. I would love to see them again soon. The other opening band, Deep Fried 5, really got the crowd moving with some great dance numbers. These two bands more than did their job of getting the crowd stoked for Opposite Box and I think they helped bump up the mojo that made this one of the biggest OB shows that Ive ever seen. There were some great costumes and a lot of fun to be had (even if I did get smacked in the side of the kisser by a rogue volleyball).
