Good Morning Alex, Nice to meet you here in this email and hope at some point we will in person as well. Just wanted to let you know that I have had the fortunate experience of enjoying a significant piece of magnificent and unparalleled service afforded by one of your wonderful staff members in Mel Allen. We first heard from Mel when she took a pro-active step to connect with us after I had enquired with your office to Tracy Garbs re a property that had since been sold. Tracy was kind enough to pass on my details to Mel who then contacted me in quick smart fashion to elucidate my continued interest in acquiring a property. After confirming our intent in our initial discussion, it was clear that Mel was solution focussed. We were immediately impressed, thrilled and pleasantly surprised by her commitment to help us seek out and secure viewings for us for when we returned in May of this year. It quickly became clear to us that Mel was totally focussed on delivering quality customer service and this desire for excellence immediately inspired confidence in meeting our personal needs in this endeavour. This was evidenced by the fact that properties sourced and provided to us were from a variety of listing agents and such met the criterion variables and features we indicated. Furthermore, her unbiased advice all the way along this process was a refreshing and welcoming change. Finding the right property can be tricky and challenging as you can appreciate Alex, but being interstate just makes it that much more difficult. We attempted for some time to develop a connection with an agent in WA that could assist us in this respect, but no-one was interested, so you can imagine our delight when Mel went out of her way to help us secure a property. Mel’s commitment to service excellence has meant that we were able to quickly secure our dream property without the normal stresses and anxiety that go along with such intrepid endeavours. From the outset, and all the way through to this last chapter in the purchase process, Mel has been there for us, nothing was to hard or too inconvenient.
