Just had a nice payment from Barclays... Long and short they took charges the same day I received Housing Benefit so some of the Housing benefit went towards the charges. After having a conversation with customer service about the Social Security Administration Act 1992 section 187 then I was transferred to an account manager and explained the situation to him he apologized and paid back my fees and gave me £50.00 to boot. Woot expand this transaction 29/01/2014 WITH OUR APOLOGIES £50.00
