Just had a nightmare time at the new M&S in Hartcliffe Imperial Park, thought I would go and check it out as iv heard on a few pages the M&S cater a bit for vegans...I couldnt find anything!! All i found was a vegetable samosa and of course, fruit, veg and nuts! All the meals and aisle mainly catered for omnivores and vegetarians, i probably saw about 5 vegan things and that was mainly soya milk & cereals! There wasnt even a Free From section as far as I could see. And to make it worse all I needed was strawberries, an onion, a red pepper (would of bought these in lidl but strawberry punnet was small and they only sell the onion/pepper in packs) and a small snack (ended up being a samosa) and it costed me £5.23!! For 4 small things! £1.40 for a samosa, you having a laugh? I bought 5 fairly bigger items from Lidl for £5.45. A little bit more but i got a lot of quantity! Has anyone else had any luck with M&S ? Just am very shocked at the prices charged for such a small amount of items and also disappointed that the one in Hartcliffe dont seem to cater for vegans. (p.s sorry for the rant)
