Just had a request to share my success story. How I got to where I am? Lets see. I decided one day I think February of 2011 in preparation for Las Vegas in July I needed a change started with Step Aerobics and Wii just dance and Zumba.. And of course just trying to watch what I eat.. No junk fried foods.. Also did the 17 day diet which helped me get to 241.. May of 2012 I started with Shakeology and started jogging and in July 2012 I got to my lowest ever of 209. Then maintaining somewhat between 10 lbs or so.. August 2013 my great friend/coach Noelle Pinar talked with into ordering T25! Amazing program! I got to 194lbs.. Ever since I have been going up and down 10-20 lbs so I decided to make this page to hold myself accountable to keep going and get to my goal of 160! I no longer drink Shakeology.. I havent since last September I just try to be as conscious of what I eat and use my fitness pal to track my calories.. But Im definitely not consistent! Thanks for listening! I will keep fighting til I reach my goal
